Insurances & Pricing

Sandalwood Mental Health, PLLC, strives to provide care to those who need it. We gladly accept insurance plans whenever possible.

 

Below are the fees for typical services, a list of participating insurance plans, and relevant insurance codes for typical services.

Please note the following:

  • Self-pay patients (not utilizing insurance) will provide payment at the time of service. Patients with a participating insurance (listed below) will pay the full amount at time of service, then work with their insurance provider to request reimbursement for services.

  • Reimbursement rates vary based on insurance and may deviate from below fee schedule.

  • Sandalwood uses a billing company named Headway to aid in processing/billing. This allows us to focus on your clinical care. Existing patients can reach out to Headway directly with any questions about billing or insurance.

Insurance companies determine the amount of money they will cover for visits. When working with your insurance provider, use the following codes to help them disclose what amount they will cover.
