About
Peter is an advanced practice registered nurse who is board certified as a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner and a certified developmental disabilities nurse. Peter has 12+ years of experience supporting adults with their mental health both in inpatient hospital and outpatient office settings. His nursing practice is rooted within a holistic framework and aims to affect body, mind, and spirit. Peter sees children, teens, adults, and geriatric patients of all levels of abilities; treatment may include a blend of traditional psychotropic medications, psychotherapy, as well as other holistic interventions including meditation, biofeedback, and herbal supplements/vitamins. (Therapies are utilized in tandem with medication management appointments; Peter does not offer psychotherapy-only appointments at this time.) Peter is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA), American Holistic Nurses Association (AHNA), and the Developmental Disabilities Nurses Association (DDNA). He also serves as an adjunct professor at Regis College, where he teaches a graduate-level clinical seminar for pre-service nurse practitioners. In his personal time, Peter enjoys hiking in nature, cooking, trivia, and practices yoga regularly.

About
Jessica is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) and a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC), with training in Crisis Prevention. Her diverse background includes experience in working within hospitals managing medically complex patients and within mental health nursing, particularly for vulnerable populations such as adolescents and individuals with intellectual disabilities. Jessica has worked with both children and adults who face mood disorders (ex. anxiety/depression, bipolar, etc), social/emotional challenges, trauma, cognitive issues, and intellectual disabilities. Jessica is committed to providing patient-centered, team-based, and holistic care. She aims to bridge the gap between mental and physical health, with advocacy, safety, and compassion as the core pillars of her approach. Her treatment method combines traditional psychotropic medications and psychotherapy, along with holistic interventions like meditation, biofeedback, and herbal supplements/vitamins. (Please note, therapies are provided alongside medication management appointments; Jessica does not offer psychotherapy-only sessions at this time.) Jessica is a proud member of the American Nurses Association. In her personal time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and four legged companion.
